2. Booking and Payments
A deposit is required to secure any booking. Full payment must be received prior to the departure date as specified in your itinerary. We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payment deadlines are not met.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary depending on the specific tour package and providers. General cancellations made 60 days prior to departure will receive a partial refund. Cancellations made within 30 days are non-refundable.
4. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and loss of baggage.
